1、Sludge reduction

Sludge reduction and recycling of the wastewater treat plant：

Inno-Ultra Green Energy Hydrolysis System is the technique of WAS would get the best energy recovery. The treatment and disposal fee of Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) will go up to 40% of total operational budgets of the wastewater treatment plants. The major components of the WAS are macromolecule organics, like the old or dead bacteria, containing lots of useful organic material can be used by microorganisms. That can be looked as ‘biomass energy’. The bacterial cells of WAS Sludge have one thick of cell wall, which is very rigid to keep their shapes. It’s difficult to utilize organic matters by splitting or cracking the cell wall of WAS to produce energy.

2、Biomass production

Agricultural waste bioconversion to biogas for electricity generation and carbon dioxide elimination by microalgae：

4、Heavy metal removal

Inno-Ultra for heavy metal contaminated soils

Soil washing technology can be used to extract contaminants from soil particle surface. Using Inno-Ultra ultrasonic-bath-assisted acid extraction (UBAE) to replace traditional mechanical shaking for improving the removal efficiency of acid extraction. For Cd in soil, the efficiency of Inno-Ultra UBAE is significant at room temperature in a short time. Combination of temperature and Inno-Ultra ultrasonic treatments were need to increase the acid extraction efficiency for Cr and Ni in soils. After Inno-Ulta UBAE, the bioavailable and Fe-Mn oxide forms of heavy metals in soils can be significantly removed. Adequate soil-liquid ratio, acid concentration as well as extraction time can improve the removal of residual heavy metals. Inno-Ultra UBAE was proved to be one of the rapid, easy applied, reliable and effective remediation technology for heavy metal contaminated soils.
